Delivery methods
If you live or work in Moscow or in Moscow Region, a delivery service is available. The tickets are delivered by the courier service of Zritel Ltd.
We would like to offer you the following types of delivery service:
- The delivery service within the bounds of Moscow during the three days makes 300 RUR
-The delivery service outside the bounds of Moscow (areas outside the Moscow circle road - Novokosino, Mitino, Butovo, Solntsevo, Zhulebino, Novoperedelkino ) during the three calendar days is 450 RUR
- The delivery service outside the bounds of the city or to the near Moscow region: Balashikha, Dolgoprudniyy, Zelenograd, Krasnogorsk, Lyubercy, Odintsovo, Reutov, Khimki. - 600 RUR
The delivery service outside the bounds of the city or to the near Moscow region is available daily from 12:00 till 19:00.
Delivery service beyond MKAD will be unavailable from December 31st until January 11th.
Booking tickets please select convenient method of delivery at the page “Delivery”. Accordingly to chosen type of delivery the delivery cost will be calculated. The delivery cost will be summed up to the tickets cost. To simplify booking procedure please fill in the delivery address in section “My account”.
If you want tickets to be delivered please provide us with the following address details: metro station, vehicle, street, building numbers, number of entrance, code or phone speaker number, floor and apartment numbers. If you want tickets to be delivered at your office please indicate your internal number and the company name.
We assume the right to cancel the reservation and return tickets back at the web site if we do not have enough information regarding the address to deliver tickets, and if name and surname, contact information are indicated incorrectly.
Please be advised. The delivery service outside the bounds of Moscow is available from 15:00 to 20:00 only. You can collect different tickets in your shopping cart before you pay for them all. Individual items can be removed from the shopping cart during booking. You can directly access the shopping cart from anywhere by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of a page. In the status bar the number of tickets already reserved and the actual total amount are shown. But please be advised that one order has only ONE delivery. So if you need some extra tickets for a specific event and want them to be delivered with previous order , please be advised that extra tickets can be included in the delivery until 4pm of the same day only, to add the tickets to delivery please contact us by phone +7 (495) 258 0000. In this case one delivery cost will be paid.
