1. Only registered and authorized users can book tickets at www.parter.ru.
2. You can book seats directly in the interactive seating plan. ( Attention: If you use a pop-up blocker it must be deactivated. To be able to use the seating plan booking Java plug-in must be installed on your computer.)
There is navigator on right top, in the navigation window you can enlarge or reduce the scale and scroll the area chosen. Choose your seats in the interactive seating plan:
Available seats are marked with colours
Each colour meets a specific price category
The price category colour is explained under the navigator
Choose your seats by clicking on a coloured marked seat. The prices for tickets are shown with the commission for agency service included. It makes 10 % of a ticket face value. We are regret to inform you that now a discount on company’s fee is not available.
3. While booking at the page "Delivery address" you can select the address of ticket delivery (even if you want to pick up tickets in an outlet of kontramarka.ru please indicate any address). You can have up to 5 different delivery addresses, registered for your account. You can create extra delivery address at the page: My account page – Delivery address – Add new delivery address. After filling the form, please click "Submit" and get back to order form. Then select a necessary delivery address from the address list. To continue booking please click “Back to shopping process”.
4.At the page "Payment" please select from the list a method of payment:
Payment by cash on pick up at outlets of Parter Payment on courier delivery;
Internet payment by your credit card via "Assist";
Prepayment via Sberbank.
5. At the page "Delivery" accordingly to selected method of payment, you will be able to select an outlet from the list to pick up tickets, or you can select delivery interval.
6. Please check carefully your order details (event, date, number of tickets, delivery address) at the page "Order overview". If everything is correct, please complete the order clicking "Purchase your tickets now". Within the next few minutes you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with order description and confirmation.
Please be advised: you can pick up tickets in one of outlets of Kontramarka during 48 hours since the order completed.
You can collect different tickets in your shopping cart before you pay for them all. Individual items can be removed from the shopping cart at any time. You can directly access the shopping cart from anywhere by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of a page. In the status bar the number of tickets already reserved and the actual total amount are shown. But please be advised that one order has only ONE delivery. So if you need some extra tickets for a specific event and want them to be delivered with previous order , please be advised that extra tickets can be included in the delivery until 4pm of the same day only, to add the tickets to delivery please contact us by phone +7 (495) 258 00 00.
