Terms of use

We assume responsibility to deliver and give tickets to customer if customer books tickets in accordance with set booking procedure via web site or call center. Also we assume the right to cancel the reservation and return tickets back at the web site if we do not have enough information regarding the address to deliver tickets, and if name and surname, contact information are indicated incorrectly, or tickets have not been picked up in proper time. Adhering to payment and booking procedure by customer is the main condition of performing of our obligations with respect to delivery.


Ticket return
1. Only tickets purchased from Parter can be returned.
2. Tickets shall be returned at the central box office of Parter from Monday to Friday, 10a.m. - 7p.m. (the box office address: b1, Bolshaya Dmitrovka Str., Teatralnaya metro station (The outlet is located in the Pillar Hall of Palace of Unions next to the metro station) , Moscow, Russia).
3. In the event of ticket return the client will be required to present the receipt and the passport of the person indicated in the payment receipt.
4. The company assumes right not to refund tickets for some events.

The return of the ticket cost due to cancelled, postponed or replaced events:
1. The return of the ticket cost due to cancelled, postponed or replaced events is available upon conditions specified by the organizer of the performance (time address of ticket return). Please be advised: if the ticket face value is refunded by organizer, and the service fee by parter.ru, first you shall receive refund in the central box office of parter.ru (the client will be required to present the receipt and ticket), and only afterwards in the box office of organizer.
2. In case of a cancelled event, Parter will refund the amount that you paid for the tickets except a delivery charge. Any delivery charges are not refundable.
3. In case of a postponed or rescheduled event, the tickets will be replaced for the new date of the show. If the new date does not suit the client or the client does not want to visit a replaced event, only the face value of the ticket is refundable if it does not conflict with item 1 of these terms. The service and delivery charges are not refundable.
4. If tickets for cancelled, postponed or replaced performances were purchased with a discount, the price of the ticket will be refunded taking into account the discount.
