International aero-cosmic exhibition MAKS-2011

MAKS-2011 will be held from August, 16th, to August, 21 on the grounds of OAO “Transport and exhibition complex “Rossiya” (Zhukovsky city, Moscow region, airdrome “Ramenskoe”). MAKS is traditionally opened by the President of Russia.
The main goal of MAKS is to demonstrate the achievements of Russian high technologies and show that Russian national market is open for cooperation with foreign partners. 
MAKS helps to form a full impression on the priorities and achievements of Russian companies working for the aero-cosmic sector.  Only during this show and exhibition the visitors will get the chance to see experimental samples of aircrafts and integrated combat systems as well as experimental machines that cannot be exhibited abroad due to different reasons.  In MAKS-2009 took part 735 companies from 34 countries. According to the data, provided by the Ministry of the Interior, during its working days, MAKS-2009 has been visited by 550 thousand people.

As it was with MAKS-2009, MAKS-2011 exhibition will have special days for business (August, 17-18) and public (August, 19-21) visitors. The first day of the Exhibition is a day for the official delegations and official visitors. The two following days are business days and are meant for specialists from the delegations and also for conducting business negotiations and presentations.
During the public visits days there will be held an aero-show with the participation of famous aerobatic teams and demonstrator-planes. Among the participants are such star-teams as “Russkie Vityazi”, “Strizhi”, “Sokoly Rossii”, “Frecce Tricolori” from Italy, “Patrule de France” from France. This year participation in MAKS have been confirmed by American Air Forces.

Tickets to MAKS can be obtained in over than 600  agents box-offices of our company, which are conveniently situated in Moscow and Moscow region, Central Russia as well as in other Russian cities and EU-countries. During the pre-sales period one-time entrance ticket to MAKS during the days meant for public visits (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will cost 500 rubles and the ticket for business-days will cost 2000 rubles. The children are not admitted to the exhibition during the business-days. But during the public days the entrance for children up to 14 years old accompanied by the adults will be free in accordance with the event’s traditions.

You can also buy the tickets at the venue but the price will rise after August, 16th, 2011. Tickets for business-visitors will cost 2200 rubles and tickets for public visitors after August, 18th, will be 600 rubles.

Corporate requests from the organizations, paid by the non-cash settlement and with no less than 20 tickets per order, are sold without the booking service fee. You can place corporate orders only via the call-center. You can pick the tickets you have paid for and the documents package in our Central box-office or order the delivery.

Coupons for entering the territory of “Ramenskoe” aerodrome on your vehicle can be bought in the authorized outlets, but the coupon itself cannot serve as a pass for entrance. It must be exchanged to the auto-pass in the box-offices of “Arena Moscow” (metro station Dinamo) and “A2” (metro station Leninskiy prospect) clubs. You will be able to buy the auto-passes directly (instead of coupons that have to be exchanged) after July, 15, in our company’s Central box-office.

MAKS-2011. PRIORITY

Especially for those of the MAKS-2011 guests who value their time and prefer to spend it with all possible comfort we offer “MAKS-2011. PRIORITY” visiting program.

PRIORITY area - a comfortable pavilion, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating, an openobservation area, summer cafes and platforms. It is open for visiting from 17 to 21 August, from10.00 to 18.00.

Those who wish to become a participant of the “MAKS-2011. Priority” program can choose one of three available visiting programs (can be ordered at the website):
1.Individual visiting program (IP).
2.Group visiting program “Priority Group” (for the groups starting from 10 people).
3.Corporate visiting program “Priority Corporation” (for the groups starting from 30 people).

Individual visiting program for “MAKS-2011” includes the following package:
1. “Priority” ticket providing simplified access to the territory of the exhibition.
2. Meeting and escorting the guests from the parking zone to the VIP-zone in the comfortable transport.
3. Welcome drink (champagne, juice, water).
4. Attending guests to the VIP-stands to see the flying program.
5. Non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day (for free).  
6. Table reservation in the restaurant (pre-reservation possible).
7. Static exhibition excursion in the company of a professional guide.
8. Souvenir gifts from “MAKS-2011”. 
9. Escorting the guests from the VIP-zone to the parking zone in comfortable transport.

Additional payments (at the guests’ request):

1. Visiting media platforms.
2. Alcoholic drinks in the bar (the menu).
3. Meals for groups (buffet, lunch, etc.)

Prices for one-day ticket to “MAKS-2011” with the individual visiting program (can be ordered at the website):
IP adult (from 14 years old) - 15000 rubles.
IP child (from 6 to 14 years old inclusive) – 5000 rubles.
Children up to six years old are admitted to the event for free.

Additional services:
One-time coupon granting the right to enter the territory of “Rameskoe” aerodrome by car (car parking 2, 3, 1). PLEASE NOTE! From the sixteenth of August to the twenty first of August access to Zhukovsky city on personal transport is possible only by special car-passes.

Priority Group - group visiting program for “MAKS-2011” for groups of 10 people and more – includes the following package (order can be placed only with the operator of the call-center):
1. “Priority” tickets providing simplified access to the territory of the exhibition for the whole group.
2. Special bus-pass granting entrance to the parking zone. 
3. Meeting and escorting the group from the parking zone to the VIP-zone in the comfortable transport.
4. Welcome drink (champagne, juice, water).
5. Attending guests to the VIP-stands to see the flying program.
5. Non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day (for free).

Priority Corporation – corporate visiting program for groups of over than 30 people – includes the following package (order can be placed only with the operator of the call-center):

“MAKS-2011.Priority” ticket sales (individual visiting program, “Priority Group” and “Priority Corporation”) will be held until the twelfth of August. You can buy/book the tickets at the website (excluding tickets of the “Priority Group” and “Priority Corporation” categories), in the Central box-office in the Column Hall of the Hall of Unions and with the operator of the call-centre. You can place corporate or group order only with the operator of the call-center.

Please note that when buying the “Individual visiting program” tickets you have to complete all steps when drawing an order. In other words, the “Order in one step” option will not be available in this case.

When placing an order, you need to state your contact information as fully and precisely as possible as you will be contacted on numerous occasions to specify your preferences concerning the desired services: meeting, transfer, table reservation etc. Otherwise the
sales company / organizer bear no responsibility for the quality of the services. And the money will not be refunded in this case.

“CTS Eventim.Ru” company is an official ticketing partner of the X anniversary MAKS exhibition. Uniform blank forms with high level of security will be used for tickets sales. Beware of the resellers and ticket-frauds sold in the non-authorized outlets!
